What is co-living?Co-living is a way of renting that brings people together. You get your own private room in a shared apartment with one or more tenants and access to shared spaces like a gym or a community penthouse. We take care of all the boring things like bills and To sum it up: you come with your main personal belongings, we’ll take care of the rest.

How can I apply?Please fill out our online form and we will reach out to you. We answer all your remaining questions and tell you about our current availabilities. Apply here.

Is there a minimum / maximum rental period?The minimum length of stay is 3 months. We do not have a maximum length of stay.

What services are included?In addition to the accommodation, several services are included. Reaching from the weekly cleaning, furniture, heating and WIFI to the registration fee (GEZ). We want our members to spend their time doing the things they love doing. You have one bill and everything is paid for.

What’s included in my membership?The following is included in your all-inclusive membership: A fully furnished room Large and well-decorated common spaces A tech-friendly environment: Smart-locks, wifi, etc. All utilities Weekly events Coffee and water flat rate An urban styled gym

Are pets allowed?No.

Can I invite a friend to stay with me?Yes, but please keep your cohabitants in mind. If you have more questions concerning overnight guidelines, please contact the community manager.

How do I terminate my lease?Our agreements have a notice period of 3 months. Please message your community Manager if you wish to terminate your agreement.

Who are the members of the Clubhouse Berlin community?Right now, Clubhouse Berlin is at the beginning of starting its journey in Germany. We opened our first location in Berlin Mitte and are proud of our community of over 40 people from all around the world.
